- Any unauthorized third-party transfer, sale, or purchase of virtual chips outside our platform constitutes an immediate breach of agreement resulting in account termination.
4. Fair Play, Anti-Collusion & Prohibited Actions
To safeguard our community, players agree not to engage in:
- Collusive Seating & Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing chips to coordinate accounts or artificially distort league rankings.
- Automated Bots & Scripts: Employing AI programs, macro software, memory modifiers, or data-scraping scripts.
- Harassment & Abusive Chat: Distributing hate speech, threats, defamatory comments, or unsolicited promotional spam across table chat boxes.
- Bug Exploitation: Failing to report and maliciously capitalizing on client-server glitches or calculation anomalies.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your account, revoke virtual chip allocations, or prohibit future access without prior warning if we detect collusive activities, terms violations, or account security compromises.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, audio-visual table assets, card deck graphics, and server codebases remain the exclusive property of Zynga Inc. and its respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistributive mirroring is strictly actionable by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Any legal controversy or claim arising from this agreement shall be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco, California.
